Howdy all,

I don't have an iPod Video so I know very little about this, but a client has asked what's the best way to get her DVD's on to her iPod video. Ideally I'd like something fairly straightforward to set up and use. A one-click solution would be ideal, don't really need too many options in it.

Thanks in advance!

Here are some tips I sum up:

iPod accepts only MP4 format video,so you must convert your DVD to mp4 for iPod, I always use Aimersoft iPod Converter Suite, it can easily convert DVD video to ipod with high quality, that's really good, you can check it out for free
And then just follow below steps to add the mp4 video to ipod:
1. Open iTunes and click "File" to add your videos to iTunes library.
2.Then plug in your iPod to computer, iTunes will detect your iPod as a device. select your iPod device on the left panel of iTunes, click "Movies" tab, check the videos you want to sync and click "Apply", done.
Hope it helps

I got recommended ripbot264 to convert video to ipod and other mobile devices before xmas. I do not know if it will rip DVD's though. It is free unlike the software linked above though, so no harm downloading it and trying.
