The dumbest thing you can do with weed if your using for personal use is to sub devide it, if your really worried buy small but NEVER EVER SUB DEVIDE!!

Its just so much safer to not carry around anything that could be concieved as a dealers stash, just in case you bumb into a policeman that hates drug users and has had a bad day.

There are many legal high shops in places like amsterdam, I can vouch for how effective their products are.

for synthetic chemicals the problem is that the goverment identify a drug as being dangerous, they ban it.. all the drug dealers do is make a similar chemical and there are products they havent caught up with yet.

Just cause a drug is illegal or legal is no guarnatee as to its potency.

Good point, a copper having a bad day can be a thorn in ones side for sure, I however would not be comfortable modifying my actions for such an occasion. For me hiding the fact that I smoke weed is almost a denial of something I think is right. I would rather take my chances as I have been for the last 15 years. I have yet to land myself in any trouble as a direct result of the weed although i have been stopped and questioned on occasion (even had my flat raided ) I have only ever suffered one confiscation, and i have never been charged.

I have a hard time when reading anecdotal evidence which completely contradicts everything I have learnt and experianced over the last 15 or so years. The law is the law but the Police are just people, be nice be honest and things will generally be ok, (unless ofc they have other reasons for wanting your ass)

If your a decent normall civilised person with good manners and a healthy dose of honesty your are unlikely to get into any trouble at all, but it is no garuntee but IMO a bloody safe bet. You should not even get stopped if your a decent person and if you do you are probably doing something wrong and totally unrelated to the weed in your pocket.

In my experinece the people who get busted for weed are either dealers (the bad ones ofc, good ones don't get busted) or people who have done other things to drawp) attention to themselves.

But at the end of the day it is illegal so you do what you at your own risk.

ive prepared a little speech now, which may seem OTT but if work taught me anything its that i must maintain control over situations involvind possibly angry people etc may aswell post it since this thread attracted so much attention, its not locked either so good work guys

now that is out the way.. we all agree we are intelligent and mature adults. we all agree that as you age, curiosity grows about certain things. i am at an age now where i feel i can make decissions for my self knowing all possible consiquences. to be blunt, after must curious-ness i decided to try weed. since then i realised the good it does at the time and how my perspective on stuff has changed. here are some sheet FYI (hand out sheets)

The only cannabis product that smells (in measurable ammounts by humans) is greenery (leafs, buds etc) not resin, oil(arguable) or food products. The smell of green would be best described as "self contained", yes it smells but this smell is not transferd to you through smoking, eating or otherwise consuming and the ammounts transferred to you through handeling would be negligable and qucikly gone.

So if you think you can "smell" someone who has smoked weed you are very much mistaken, you are more likely to pick up the scent of bag of greenery in someones pocket and only if they happend to have some quantity it is badly packaged, you were close, there were no other significant smelly things with 10 feet and you knew what you were smelling.
(or if you had a sniffer dog ofc)


Your chances of spotting somone as high as a mother fucker are not good either, not everyone smokes to get "that high" just like not everyone drinks untill they fall over. The effects of cannabis wear of pretty fast although it remains in your system for a while (the more often you smoke the longer it will stay in your system). If Mr Stoner went to his mates for a session he would seem normall to most people when the got home. If he was worried about his "parents knowing" (not that they would unless they were stoners or he told them) then due to the paranoia you hear about they would probably walk round the block wondering what to do for 20 minuits untill they realsied that they weren't actually stoned anymore.

I smoked weed heavily (at least 2-3 joins/day often ALOT more ) a few years back and only thing i notice now is that my memory is quite crap. as long as you stay of chamicals u will be fine, xtc and such will really fuck you up after a while of use...

You wont smell of weed but will smell of tobacco, if they tell you otherwise they are bullshitting you.

Red eye is a hint yes, the problem is it depends on other factors (including the person affected), i get red about twice a year, usually when i am unwell or tired and I smoke on average every other day. I rarley see friends with Red Eye, in fact I cant remember the last time I saw anyone with Red Eye. If it is something you get often enough then I would do some more research into it as i am sure there will be other factors involved, i do have a feeling i have read something about not getting enough sleep?, what I can say for sure it isn't something that I see with any degreee of frequency, and it's certainly not something to draw any solid conclusion from, but yes it happens.

Skunk and hash have very distinctive smells which I can smell over tobacco, weed doesn't smell as much but it's less common here. I don't smoke cannabis, but from my friends who do I can tell what they've been smoking from the smell alone
