This is what will happen if there isn't a war...

The sanctions slowly destroying Iraq will remain in place...

* Mr Blix will go to the UN and say, yes Iraq aren't fully co-operating.
* The UN will say, ok we did say we wanted 100% co-operation but nevermind keep going Mr Blix.
* Mr Blix goes to the UN says he has found evidence of banned weapons.
* Saddam says he had forgotten all about them and that they are all dirty and dusty
* UN tuts, and confiscates said weapons
* Random country says Iraq isn't putting enough effort in
* Saddam roles out a barrel of chemical weapons claiming he found it in a shed.
* UN says this is proof Saddam is disarming and gives him pat on back
* Saddam sits amongst 1000's of litres of chemical weapons

We will be there forever just going through this same cycle over and over and over and over. Not just the current occupants of Iraq will suffer the sanctions imposed on the country but the future children etc. Why not just go in there and sort it once and for all?

Anyone see that program on ITV1 interviewing PM Blair?

He is either a very fine actor or he is certain that he is right, I agree with him...

Dunno about that, but i saw Dimbelby(sp?) interviewing Jack Straw on some programme on the itv news channel the other night, and i was laughing, i can tell you that. I haven't seen a politician squirm so much since... well... a bloody long time! Straw is pretty damned good at arguing/interviews, but Dimbelbey totally cornered him on the issue of the 2nd resolution failing, and acting indepently of the UN with the US... Once Dimbelbey had made Straw use all his avoidance tactics on that question, he just carried on with the same issue for another 5minutes, just to make it clear to everyone how shit Labour are when it comes to propaganda. I don't know whether the programme was from ITV or something, but it was a great interview.

PR, what's wrong with your prediction? In it, Saddam has shitloads of WMD, but they don't get used, and the UN never finds them - Nothing bad happens, and it's no different than if Saddam really didn't have the weapons

I saw that programme. He, as always seemed deeply passionate. But, it went even further went that woman who's son was killed in the WTC went three hairs to the bollock at him. He seemed very emotional.

But really, that was your prediction, not mine. If you think that he will sell his Chemical weapons to al'Qaida, then why didn't you include that in your prediction?

Interviewer: So how many civilian casualties would be Ok with you?
Tony Blair: Well we don't want any casualties, there will be some, but we don't aim look at it that "oh theres a AA gun but some residential house nearby, thats 300 casualties thats ok"
Interviewer: So, would you consider 5000, 10000 casualties to be ok?

I always find it amazing how they demonise propoganda and ideology cos after they are the free-est of the free and the most democratic of democracies. Could it not be that Georege double ya is forcing his own ideology on the yanks. How can so many people be such fuckin morons and be so gung ho. Has there not been enough blood shed on their own shores to relalise that war will only polarise those against america even more

I didn't include that Saddam would have a curry and have the runs the next day either, it doesn't mean its not going to happen.
