I have no clue what my 50spec lvls in Parry do in RvR - never parry anything unless its non-style melee hits...

Nevertheless 9 sec stun aint much anymore with RA: Determination: 15% reduce for each lvl and there are 5 lvls

Dragonfang/Slam stun aren't same as casted stuns. I'm pretty sure determination, etc (purge excluded) don't affect those.
