Also having more than 3 rams per door might help. Couple times I've been on a raid that would have been successful if we'd had more rams.
Also, need to attack at more quiet hours to avoid detection. Detection is what matters. If no one sees us before we hit Sausage, the raid will have a high chance of succeeding.
It would be great if someone could organize ram teams and 'move routes to RK' and such fancy stuff but the fact is that it's nearly impossible to organize.
