Ah sorry, 9 times out of 10 if im actually bothering to group, which I don't normally, then i'll be leading it, but now and then I get invited out in the field and just kick back and let someone else do the thinking. If thats the case then I probably didn't notice or didn't ask them to stop in time, even assuming they'd listen.
Thats one reason I normally only group with friends or guildies I know will respect my wishes when I ask them not to kill soloers or 'respected enemies'.
