Christ, it gets worse as you read down:

All our Graphics Cards are sold based on their Onboard Memory AND Turbocache / Hypermemory Configurations, which represent the Total Effective Graphics Memory that a graphics card can supply in a Windows 7 or Windows Vista based PC.

So the gfx card is crap. They've avoided tagging the model anywhere at all and then they say that.

Apsolutly Fantastic computer, Fast delivery everything perfect, "i'll be back"

Wtf does that even mean?!

Pre-Installed Only - No Windows Disc Included - The winning buyer should own / buy their own personal copy of Windows 7 Ultimate incase a reinstall is required in the future

Is that even legal?

Basically, PLAGUE, PLAGUE, PLAGUE!!!

i used PCspecialist for my last PC and its brilliant, really liked that i could tinker and choose as i liked :)

delivery took approx 1 month, as they were out of stock of a part i had picked.

Yeah I'm going to be ordering a new PC from there soon too. Heard nothing but praise for the company.

Can get a phenom x4 955 or x6 1055T, GTX 460, 4gb ram, 640gb hd, 650w corsair PSU, decent gaming case for about £600 inc VAT.

also at least 8gb memory

will up it a bit more :)

8 Gb of Memory would only be useful if I was going for a 64bit OS. Seeing as I would be getting a 32bit OS the extra 4Gb wouldn't be doing anything.

Another vote for PC Specialist here: got my last machine from them, with just the bits I wanted and guaranteed working on arrival :)

A mate at work had a horror story about pcspecialist - he chose the bits and ordered. They immediatly contacted him to say the case he'd chosen was out of stock and suggested an alternative that he chose.

He had texts etc from them during the build and it turned up when they said.

However - it had a clear perspex side on the case and he could see things werent right - a HD had slipped out of the HD enclosure and was sitting at the bottom of the case.

On closer inspection the HD enclosure section of the case was bent out of shape - it was clear that the case was duff but whatever drone in china/india assembled it was clearly not capable of rejecting it so had just tried to fit it in the warped case which obviously they couldnt screw it in as nothing lined up.

Very sad to destroy your reputation when everything else was so good - horrors of outsourcing...

Edit: Oh and for information this was last month.

My mate has had his replacement from PCspecialist - all the parts look good now but it now complains about having an invalid windows key - hes not having a lot of luck...
