Hey, I bought T2. I played single player a little and decided to venture on to online play. I hadn't downloaded any patches yet, and I opened the online play short cut. A sierra update screen popped up saying I needed to update my sierraUpdate. I downloaded the upgrade and it said it is still out of date and will shut down and then restart when sierraupdate is updated.
Well it never restarted and i've been reinstalling and experimenting with getting T2 to work every since...here's my plan:
I will uninstall t2, reinstall...then install any patches before running T2 at all. Then I will try online play and do the sierraupdate once the patches are already installed.
here are my questions:
1.) If I haven't downloaded any patches yet, what version of T2 am I running--or how can I find out?
2.) Is there one big patch that updates me to the most recent patch, or do I have to download many small ones? What is the most recent patch?
3.) Does my plan sound like it should work?
