No CD?

Just wondering.

Do any of the No-CD things work with T2?

I'm getting hacked off having to carry my CD around with my laptop

b: can I pull it out after it's started?
c: can I purchase a bleedin jetpack?
d: where do I gas up my vehicles?

Nah - I'm just a bit peeved that after purchacing the game (and getting it a week before most people in the UK by virtue of having a m8 in the states getting it for me and me downloading the CD (with him posting it to me)) I *STILL* have to have the fekking CD in the drive to play.

I don't wanna kart a T2 cd with me wherever I go - so I was wondering if there was a hack that let me use my legit. copy wherever.

(BTW - and completely unrelated - I can *REALLY* smell cat-piss in this room - I'm gonna HAVE to dump the bird

It seems to me that when my sons cd quit working (warped or something strange) he was able to play it without it. Um...lemme ask him and get back with ya...there must be something he got or did.

I was going to get the NO-CD crack off gamecopyworld but didn't know if I'd end up having to do a fekking re-install because of it

It's about time that Dynamix patched it one more time to A) finish off what bugs are left and B) remove the CD requirement (surely just the account should be enough - I can't see Tribes 2 selling like hotcakes still.......

Nero

One way to use Tribes 2 without having to use the CD is to use Nero 5 and Nero Image drive.
The plus side is that you gain a CD rom drive that aint there and you can put any image in you want and it thinks it is real.
Downside is the images are the size of the CDs

Not an issue when you've got 200Gig of HDD space left.

If you have the room goto www.nero.com and download it, remember to install the image drive. To do this it is a short cut in the start menu.
