1014 for some level 50 friar when I was 47 or something.

The formula is definetly based on the time since last death and the number of those. Have happened quite some times that I've killed the same person a couple of times in a row and I've clearly seen the diminishing returns. I'm also totally positive that you get more RPs if you're low level and kill a person of higher level. Just check these posts. I've never gotten over 1000 RPs post 50. Hence it's totally irrelevant to ask the question "how many RPs am I worth" because it depends on the level of the attacker and how recently (and how many times probably too) you've been killed.
