How much rp are you worth?

I was wondering what the highest amount of rp is everyone got from RvR encounters? Post amount and name below ;-)
personally i got 999 rp from Usp yesterday on the hill in Emain. Besides that I've had some other encounters which rewarded me 900+ rp.

I've got ~1050 for someone... Was around 4 levels higher than me tho, and conned orange.

When cHodAX and I had our staff boreathon in Hadrians a little while ago he said that he ended up with over a 1000 rp's for bouncing my backside back to Mid.

Most I got for a single kill was 800 rp thanks to a lovely female ice wizzie who decided to root me and forgot Jeeves (my Pet) needless to say by the time I got to do anything useful he'd done all the work! :cool:

I don't get how the rp calculation works. It doesnt seem to be based on how many rp's your opponent have which I always thought it was. Hm.. anyone?

Was getting careless last night, you were the 4th person I fought in about 2 minutes, had no bp heal crystals left (used them previously) and was low on power.

DAGNAMMIT! I only needed 90 rp's to hit R4L8 and I kept getting ganked, people were worth no RP's due to being killed recently, and silly SB's not being worth as much as they should be :(

Damn IP, almost had you Eynar :)

Most I've got was 1048 for Biggles when I was 48 and he was orange to me, and got 1036 for Niar once, silly Inf missed PA :)

I think rps work out how long the person has been alive since they last been killed by another player and something to with hp for their class since everytime you hit someone you get rp still but not as much if someone else hits them.

There was an very good explanation of the formula used published recently but I can't find the URL..will keep looking.

Basically, it has nothing to do with the players rp. The final amount you are rewarded is based firstly on fixed factors such as your level (50's get more), their level and the level difference. Secondly, variable factors play a huge role. These include length of game time elapsed since last rvr death and the number of players killed since last rvr death. (if I understood it right it means the time since last death starts from the expiry of the 'post' death no rp period)

I will try and find the link..made interesting reading.

forget the nice ladies name now but when i was 48 i went to suicide on a keep in hadrians but found a lonley orange con caster got 1024 (24 bonus) and died very soon after to guards :0)

I havent got more than like 450 something, that were for some hib in sauvage

I dotn see how you can get that many rps
I was around mpk in emian and tought I would suicide,
but wanted to try a duel and flexed and beckoned my arms off until Germ came down with a little blue norse girl with a big sword.
somehow I killed germ and got 250 rps for it, and I would have taken the norse Didi too but got to close to pk and died :D

promise if I had been an infil I had got around 1k rps for that kill =)

I think the amount you get is based on your opponents amount of rp, how long since he has been killed, as well as how many opponents he has killed in the last couple of hours, etc...

And the most I have ever gotten was 1000ish in Snowdonia on my way to Myriddon (sp?) the power relic keep.

The highest for me was Narve 1064 when I was a mere lev 44:)

the most ive ever got is 1072 for Riki in DF when i was lvl 43, i was very lucky to win tho.

Lol. Cool. :) When did this happen?

Edit: Actually got Coren once, must have been lucky as hell. Can't remember the exact number I got from him, but it was just above 1k.
