Me?. 6ft1 and 14 stone. Bulking phase atm though so to be expected :)
Na its hard work but it pays off; as long you don't work the same muscle group 2 days in a row you're fine. I do chest/tris - lats- shoulders/biceps - legs - day off then back to the cycle. I do pyramiding to shock the body, one week high reps, next week low maxs and mixed reps etc. But I started 2 years ago on high reps, 3 sets of 12 reps on each exercise and that’s still my main now, high reps instead of low reps.

If you wanna gain mass, I think u'll have to start drinking protein shakes or something.
That is very bad advice; protein shakes won't help put on weight or lose weight. Protein is there for one thing, muscle growth and recovery you're body will only use Protein when there are no fats and carbs left. He needs to eat 6 times a day of clean carbs i.e. pasta, brown rice and good fatts.

Mate of mine put on about 12 pounds, just by drinking protein shakes on top of his normal balanced diet.

The rugby team I play for has a link up with Maximuscle, those needing to put on a bit more mass are given protein supplements (amongst other things)

Dont believe everything you read on these weightlifting web pages. Most of it is just horseshit

Most protein shakes like musclemilk and maximuscle etc are not just whey protein shakes. I don't read a lot of weightlifting webpages only one I try and help people on is the American http://bodybuilding.com I experience it first hand and done a lot of biology and reading.

Assuming you do chins for your lats then your biceps and to some extent your shoulders are instrumental in these movements as synergists. Any more than 2 days in a row and your not giving yourself optimal recovery, imo.

I know that's why I said I don't train the same muscle group more then 2 days a row, for the lats I use a machine, wide grip front, behind the neck and close grip t bar front. My high rep weight on lats is 65kg which I’m pretty impressed with. I like my training scheme it works great, I'm in the gym for 1hour - 1hour - 30 max a day.

Just a standard cable and pulley machine none of that smith shit I always use free weights and an Olympic Bars.

Shouldn't do behind the neck else you're in for much more risk with rotator cuff and sholder injuries, and machines suck arse ;)

I'm fine with behind the neck but I don't do a behind the neck press on shoulders I use DBS instead. The only machine I use is the same one for lats and tris and it's is custom built, I love it not only does it do lats it works the back of my neck/upper back great. I would never go back to chin ups, and yea I agree machines suck arse ive never used one apart from lats and I wouldn't want to.

So how long you been pumping iron then?

Even though cable machines are a lot better than resistance equipment i still prefer the basics much more. Chins will work a hell of a lot more muscles than any lat based machine though i guess depending on your goals you may not want to train all these in one go.

Been training seriously for about 7 months now, Squat/Deadlift at 100/110 so far :)

Exactly I don't I usually like to isolate my muscles :) .

Nice I like to say I do legs but I really don't I hate it and I’m always tired by then and don't want big legs anyway but I do squats and deadlifts and the odd leg extensions / presses about 1/2 weeks in a month. I can do high rep squats of 40KG only and about 60kg on dead lifts. Squats are killers when you're tall :(

My strongest atm is probably chest and lats, on chest usually I do 3x12 of 85KG and my max is 120KG 1-2 reps. though I do well on up right rows I use an Olympic curling/rowing bar and do reps of 12 with 40-45KG.

I put overweight but according to that graph I'm obese =/
With a body fat above 30% you're classed as obese the best way to test is to get some callipers and do it properly them graphs are useless.

How to Lose Weight

There was this really fat guy that wanted to lose weight but no matter what diet he tried, nothing worked.. well one day, as he was reading the paper, he saw an ad that said LOSE AS MUCH WEIGHT AS YOU WANT FOR ONLY $1 A POUND. He gets excited and calls the number provided and tells them he wants to lose 10 pounds.

Well they tell him that they will send a representitive over to his house the next morning. The next morning the door bell rings and he opens the door to find a really hot blonde with a sign on her chest - "if you catch me you can have me"- and the blonde runs off. Well the fat guy started chasing her, and after a while he caught her and they had sex. after she left, he checked his wieght and saw that he lost the ten pounds. So the next day he calls and says he wants to lose 20 pounds. Same thing happens. He chases the hot blonde, catches her and in the processes loses 20 pounds.

Well he decides that the 30 pounds he lost so far are not enough so he calls them and tells them that he wants to lose 50 pounds. the person on the other line asks him
"Sir are you sure? thats too much weight to be lost all at once." and he replies
"Hell ya im sure" so they say that they will send a representitive over to his house the next morning. The next morning he wakes up to the ringing door bell. Excited about losing more wieght and screwing a hot chick, he jumps out of the bed, opens the door and finds himself face to face with a HUGE gorilla, and the gorilla has a sign on its chest.

"If i catch you, ill fuck the shit out of you"
