How does Stealth work?

Well this is my comeback to mythic games ;P
Was wondering how stealth works for WH and WE? Is it something like stealth in Daoc, or is it as i think it is, after reading alot, that we got xx sec stealth ability?

then no stealthers! that30sec stealth is bad enough!

well, technically some stuff in warhammer tabble top has some sort of stealth.

dark elf and skaven assassins remain hidden in their units untill you choose to use them.

and things like dwarf tunnelers, wood elf way watchers and a few others have special deployment rules and could be called some sort of stealth too.
