Ok, so I've cut out a heavy lunch and just have fruit throughout the day, but apples and pears are like 60+ calories each according to the bags
so two or three bits of fruit during the working day is gona be better than a stuffy lunch from the local baguette shop.
But how do you kill the cravings - damn it I can stop smoking but I cant stop getting the nibbles, its just so easy to pop down to the petrol station for a pipe of pringles or delve in the fridge for a ham sandwich when feeling peckish, or just scoff more fruit at work.
Im eating balanced healthy meals now and taking a walk during my lunch break and a cycle ride each evening (some mornings too) so i know the weight will go - i just need to stop snacking !
<wonders off for a blueberry muffin>
