I agree, also if you starve your self your metabolism slows down and go’s into starvation mode and you won't lose any weight at all. 3 balanced healthy meals and a multi vit with willpower will get the job done.Garaen said:I've just skimmed through the thread so sorry if i repeat anything. This may sound strange, but sometimes you might feel a bit hungry because you are bored and want to eat something because you're doing nothing else, so you have to ask yourself, are you really hungry or do you just want to eat something for enjoyment (eating food you enjoy releases endorphins which stimulat pleasure). Eating healthy is a major step for losing weight and many find it the hardest. Another tip is don't limit yourself to only one or two pieces of fruit for lunch, if you feel the need eat 3/4 pieces. Yes they have calories in them but they are also very good for your body (vitamins etc) and if you don't take in enough calories during the day it'll be near impossible to lose weight as your body will just store everything you eat and won't want to burn it off.

If your hungry still after having 3 meals drink water it takes the hunger away.
What i useally eat.
Small bowl of cereal (no sugar) ones so dont matter what.
Chicken sandwich, 3 bits of fruit.
Pasta and scrambled egg (sounds sick its fucking great thoe) salad on the side
thats what ive been eating past 3 days but thats with 3 hours exercise a day, bout to head down gym now bibi
