I've just skimmed through the thread so sorry if i repeat anything. For the first week or two you'll need will power to stop yourself from binging and eating unhealthy food. After a week or two the size of your stomach will actually shrink and will not want as much food/ will have gotten used to the amount you are eating and it'll be easier. There is a common problem distinguishing between hunger and thrist. If you have eaten lunch and feel hungry again after try drinking half a litre of water/juice and see if it fills you up, most of the time it will.

This may sound strange, but sometimes you might feel a bit hungry because you are bored and want to eat something because you're doing nothing else, so you have to ask yourself, are you really hungry or do you just want to eat something for enjoyment (eating food you enjoy releases endorphins which stimulat pleasure). Eating healthy is a major step for losing weight and many find it the hardest. Another tip is don't limit yourself to only one or two pieces of fruit for lunch, if you feel the need eat 3/4 pieces. Yes they have calories in them but they are also very good for your body (vitamins etc) and if you don't take in enough calories during the day it'll be near impossible to lose weight as your body will just store everything you eat and won't want to burn it off.
I agree, also if you starve your self your metabolism slows down and go’s into starvation mode and you won't lose any weight at all. 3 balanced healthy meals and a multi vit with willpower will get the job done.

Its all down to will power, And what you have in your house if you know your going to get tempted by it dont get it or frow it away.

If your hungry still after having 3 meals drink water it takes the hunger away.

What i useally eat.

Small bowl of cereal (no sugar) ones so dont matter what.
Chicken sandwich, 3 bits of fruit.
Pasta and scrambled egg (sounds sick its fucking great thoe) salad on the side

thats what ive been eating past 3 days but thats with 3 hours exercise a day, bout to head down gym now bibi
Pasta with tuna is my favourite with cottage cheese (pure protein cheese)

Indeed, learn how the body work all food gets stored, its simple if you don't use it is stored for another time and you become fat. How ever Protein is saved for muscle growth and repair but you body will still use it if you don’t have any stored “energy” to use i.e. fats / carbs.

And FYI carbs is not just sugar, we all know who failed his GCSEs.

Explains it, I have Cheese more mature then you.

Wouldn't the fact I'm taking GCSEs early indicate I am mature enough to withstand the pressure etc.

Logic not found

Now please don't allow me to boost my ego anymore because my head is big enough already :p

it doesnt really have shit to do with pressure. there is nothing about GCSEs that would cause stress imo.

its about grasping it before anyone else. which has no measure on maturity :D

Well, it certainly is pressure when your told by your teacher continiously that noone should be below an A grade and then getting a B grade on the mock is like eeek.

I have high targets. So for me, the GCSEs are pressure ^^

i was told i would get all Cs and in the end i got 4 Bs and 5 Cs. what teachers say doesnt mean shit.

and not to put a bollock on it, but GCSEs arnt all that important. aslong as you can grab a C/C in maths and english and maybe a B in some science there isnt much you cant do in college.

I know GCSEs aren't important but I want to look sexual at awards evening... :p

Sorry?

I just had 3 this year -> IT, French and Maths. They are the three I am taking early. Next year, which is year 11, I'll be taking the rest.

Why are you taking GCSEs early instead of mocs and why only 3 unless you taking A levels but who wants to do A levels in 6th form? What a complete waste of time.

Eh?

A Levels are year 12-13.

GCSEs are year 10-11.

I'm taking GCSEs early because it is felt that I can cope with them whilst achieving a good grade at the end of year 10 so I might aswell get them out the way so less to do in year 11.

A-Levels are done in 6th form because you only study a select few subjects. It is best done in 6th form because the recommended revision etc. is a big number.

Ok?

Super intelligent kid in my year did A levels from year 11, and that’s a waste of time doing a GCSE year earlier imagine the grade you can get with an extra year of teaching. You don’t want to stay on in 6th form, trust me.

Yes but you won't cover a whole A-level in year 11. We're starting the maths a-level in year 11 and we only get about 1/5-1/4 done of it I think.

And when you do it early, you are suppose to be getting A/A*'s - so an extra year of teaching really does fuck all.
