Tbh thats a biased opinion i know, and i know very few of the guys from veng. It's just some of thier members made sure i never gave a fuck to know the rest.

Because there's too many dimwits that repeat what they hear instead of forming an own opinion. Vengeance has some bad apples like every guild, some very loud ones, and they have a guild policy that a lot of people don't agree with... but that doesn't really affect them unless they're part of that guild.

My guess is VNG has suffered from a few guildies that consider themselves superior to other types of gameplay, and that pissed a lot of people off. But typically most people that rant on about them aren't the people that were directly pissed off, but just got it from hearsay. Bandwagon & scapegoat effect. I wouldn't join them but there's plenty of nice folks in VNG. I don't agree with some of the things they do as a guild but I hate dimwitted hearsay flame copiers.

i meant that we dont got more than 2 rvr guilds in hib.. while he said other rvr guilds and coulda said the other rvr guild.

Yes it seems i have made the same mistake with Eleasias.

However i think we all know that it takes 8 people to be in a group to make a guild...

And if this is your only gripe with what has been posted, which i can only assume it is judging from your post, then all the more pitty.

Never had a problem with any VGN members, to the contrary I find them to be a great bunch of people, who play the game very well.

I find it quite easy to deal with people when you are polite and friendly.

Yes iam loud,yes i do whine, yes i do piss other ppl off, yes i do care 100% more about me & my guild then anyone else.

But you know what ? i have fun while playing. i have fun with vgn. i love my guild m8's :) and that is what my money is supposed to give me. all you other jelous vgn/la rejects can go create your own guild and make your own rules. The ppl that created VGN has come a long way (dont think anyone of em are still in guild tho :O ) but it shows the standars that we play after do work.

And as someone sayd. i do treat ppl nice if they treat me nice.

I think the problem lies not with VGN but with you few.. (yes, few), people who somehow try to equate this game to real life and think that for some reason we should be held accountable to you.. to your ideals, and morals, and whatever crap you have been bought up to believe in.

Lets put the facts in place:

If people have an issue with a member of VGN, they take it to the GM, Angara.

Angara then tries to make a fair call based on all he can find out from both sides of the story, and do something according to his judgement.

HIS, judgement, not yours, not barrysworld, not CF alliance, not your guilds, but HIS.

Why?

Because VGN is not a company held accountable by the public or subject to weapons insceptors from the UN coming to see everything is clean.

You guys keep talking complete shit about how nothing will happen cus we love RPs, and would be a complete bunch of pricks for it, are talking complete shit, and you know it.

VGN has been around for ages, they've done a hell of a lot for the realm - do you honestly believe, RP is all that counts?

Seriously, if you say yes, you're not even worth the time, because it only proves how retarded you are.

Tell me, I'm a member of VGN.. I'd go out on a limb here and say you would be incredibly hard pressed to find 10 people in hib/exc who have a legitimate complaint with me - do you want to tar me with the same ignorant and fickle brush you are tarring my guild with?

Well, let's talk about guilds.

CF, IG, LA, DO, TdMM, CBH, Fianna, PDC.. I can mention incidents regarding members of aforementioned guilds which wouldn't look too good on them.

But I deal with each issue privately, and if it is not resolved, I don't act like a 9 year old and clamour for attention and a public hanging out on BW.

Llix, I seriously thought you had some common sense, but your shallowness here is really overwhelming.

Eneq just comes across as some poor, misguided, idealistic, naieve fool, and no-one really takes him seriously, he bogs you down in semantics and issues of a long gone age, incidents that are no longer relevant.

I mean, what is it that irks you so much? That some have an elitist attitude?

Hell, it happens in all games, and it happens in many guilds.

I'll answer Donhive from the perspective of a poor person,

You are really happy you got an invite to a small scale dragonraid, because this gives you a big chance of getting the stone you need to fix your character so you can enjoy it again.

Everything goes really well, the dragon dies without much problems and the lotto begins. Shame, Donhive wins it over me. Oh well, at least someone else can enjoy their char again- I thought.

Few days later, he's selling the stone to make MONEY out of the item I wanted to restore my entire CHARACTER.

You basically stole that stone from someone that could probably use it really really much donhive, and I think you are VERY lame that you did that.

I think anyone will agree with the above, and that's why VGN members most of all got angry, since we were the organising guild of that event. Ok?

To sum it up:

- Non-VGN-only: we as a team of ~60 people or what was it, killed the dragon to help out 50 people with their respecs. A respec stone is meant to RESPEC YOUR CHARACTER, not to sell it for MONEY. And I will bet you 5p someone else on that raid could actually USE the stone.

- VGN-only: if nobody on the raid can use it, we sell the items and split the money. I honestly don't see how ANYONE can see this as lame ? I really really can't.

ok ? now stop whining please .. just have fun and quit if you can't achieve that :|

The VGN flaming looks a lot like the flames Bad Omen of mid/prydwen are getting.

Fat chance is that most of it is pure jealousy, really ... Someone does very good, and the lemmings of the world get offended by it, because they are not part of it. :)
