house question

im prolly doing somthing stupid but cant figure out what


i have a cottage and want to upgrade to a house .. i bought a house deed for 10p and tryed to drop it on my house to upgrade

i get the message " you must remove all the internal decorations to upgrade or downgrade or they will be lost"

so i went in house and removed everything .. vaults bindstones all wall dec;s merchants forges etc etc .. nothing left inside at all .,. even removed all from outside and CM

when i try and upgrade i still get the same message as above ?

any1 throw any light on what im doing rong ?

You have to make sure that all the garden items - trees/walls etc have been removed as well

yup done that also only thing left is porch .. i gota demolish that ?

just bought a porch demolition deed .. cant use that for same reaosn either .. seems must be somthing in my house .. but ive checked like 10 times and cant see anything left
