Hmmm if 2fg vs 1fg is lame why is 1fg vs 1 ok?

As title says why is it ok for 1fg to steamroll a solo person but they whine when 2fg or more kill them?

Well it was really designed that way, solo'ish for stealthers but not for others, tanks need support, support need tanks/casters etc

There are specific classes that were designed to solo. They are called stealthers. They have an ability called stealth to avoid fgs.

if you wipe a fg with 8fg there's 8 times more people to whine about it afterwards, so chances of a whine post are much increased.

That and most of the soloers I've met don't go in for much of the whining, so the chances of them posting is even farther reduced.

The real problem is ppl like u Garba dont play daoc how it should u play a modified FG vs FG version and then ignore other ppls version of game or whine at ppl that play as daoc was intended.Its not a personal flame at you garba since a vast majority are liek you

if something is unfair for one or three (soloers) ppl. it hardly gets noticed from ppl. if something is unfair for 50 ppl (fg players) it gets more noticed and will thereby get more attention from ppl.

not saying either is ok just telling you why something is like it is xDD

a group has 8 slots; and it has 8 slots for a reason: to get in healers, mages, tanks; ie everyone that is not capable of soloing unlike assassins and archers;

and as I told you on IRC - how often do you see a fg attacking 8fg. But trust me every run to emain i get shot by 5 archers and PAed at least twice and if there happen to be non stealthers they will attack also ofc

Im just trying to find why when a solo person(stealth or not) adds he is flamed to hell and back,but the fg's would gank that solo person on the spot even if he had neevr added.If the solo ppl never added to be fair to fg vs fg they would still get farmed so pls tell do?

in the next couple of days i will run with 4fg+ caster groups and play the game as it is intended to be played like you say. We will see how much fun it will be for everyone involved.

Ok garb i understand many leech/add but pretend all of a sudden they stopped and after a month or 2 still no adds/leeches would u then as a fg stop ganking them on sight?,same goes for any fg ofc
