lately do u lot think this cluster has gone well done hill?

I can remember saying a few times that this cluster was properly on of the best for adding policy, but now it seems the policy is just to kos? people using the shit excuse with.. they pay there subs, etc who gives a fuck u act like retards ingame = u kill the server,
Seems like AE CF pipzerg and cla and RH guilds always add even if there not in grps, just so frustrating to watch and play with fucking morons :/

Fair play makes most people enjoy this game more, getting zerged down or added down every fight you have will make you grow bored of the game and just like many others, people will hop server or quit the game.
The no-adding that has been on this server has been superb up till recently but nowadays its just 'gomg i see red name!!! YARPEES!' really really sad but for all the roleplayers out there its 'as the game was designed'

It's all a matter of the person to be honest, but for example I just spent 15 mins looking around for other stealthers to 1v1, and when I find one, a rr9 theurg, rr9 cleric and some other noob add on us, but also make sure they buffshear us before hand incase I had vanish, fair enough it's RvR but you can't blame people quitting 'cos of it - so on that note I kinda have no other option to KoS the people I note, ofcourse there is people I won't add on but thats either cos a) I'm not stupid enough or B) I respect them which is kind of the same as A. So if someones given you a reason to KoS, be it so they've added on you before I don't think it's unfair to-do so back to them, you reap what you sowe (sp?).

afaik CLA dosent add much so dont start blaming my guild for that...they maybe saw som hibs that was outnumberd so they helpt...but when we had gg out we dident add much...only on add guilds so just becuase u maybe saw 1 from cla in a add grp dosent meen the hole guild adds...get facts then flame a guild instead of jumping the gun

Haven't really noticed a big difference adding wise since i started to play till now (i am a n00b tho ofc), is it not possible it is just certain players that have fulfilled their goals and therefore are more easily bored/annoyed?

Only thing i think is bad is the decreasing server population, but i truly dont think adding etc is to be blamed for that.

In my opinion we are getting heavily hit by the ever faster downwards spiral of people leaving/switching server. To be honest, its starting to feel as if Prydwen/Excal cluster is reaching its breaking point of population activity. I really hope we get out of this, but Its starting to feel abit like a lost cause.

Ive often argued that a server needs their adding/zerging random roggers/soloers to stay alive, but it also needs its organized good setgroups to keep the oposition challenging. And atm we have lost almost all of that category...

The really worrying thing about this is that its mid semester, and not summer or christmaas vacation...

So even though I resent saying it...Avalon seems more and more alluring...or can we recouperate our beloved server ?

actually all the idiots are still in-game, its just they are the only ones, 99% of the non add people have already quit. People are meeting like minded people now and now liking it.

Seriously what is the fucking point in pveing to 50, getting master levels, artifacts saving up for an SC set (it doesn't matter if its a uber one, i believe most people put effort into it, whatever they can afford) and then just simply playing to add on others. do you people really think anyone wants to stay in-game if all they do is this; buff up, get a boat, get zerged to fuck, rinse and repeat. it gets tired after about half an hour. zerg an add all you like, just don't expect there to be many people willing to put up with it. idiots going out of the way to ruin other peoples fun are the ones to blame, not the solo people.

I play my ranger 99% of the time and have done for the last 4 years exactly the way I want to, I dont zerg, but I do and always have done camp'd towers/keeps, anyone coming into range of of these is fair game imo,

As you say its annoying to have to buff up and travel to alb/hib/mid but everyone, all of us know the chances of getting killed is much higher when fighting very close to any tower/keep in high traffic zones.

I respect peoples choice to 1v1, unfortunately due to where I play from melee is out of the question so I have to put up with lagg a lot of the time, I have the same as most lost count on how many times I've been run over by stealth zergs and FG, that dont add, but felt the need to kill me.

I was merely stating you must be nutz to fight a 1v1 in full view of a twr/keep in a high traffic zone and expect everyone to follow some 'unwrtten rules'

Lets not forget its a game, I think a lot of people on these forums lost that point a while back.

There's a huge difference between people going out of their way to ruin other's fun just for the sake of it (griefers who are rightly condemned) and people who are just playing the game as they always have done (entirely legitimately) and refuse to join a self-appointed no-adding bandwagon. As for you eblevinda. You RVR('d) with your ranger in a real nice quiet time when it was the perfect opportunity to get some nice fights. You decided that was too hard so you opted for RVR'ing right at the base of crau T2, so you can add on 1v1's with COMPLETE rvr immunity. IE the poor sod you are adding on cant even break off his opponent and come get you because of the 20 guards circling. How the hell can anyone get any sort of enjoyment from griefing like that. Every arrow you launch must just send waves of lame guilt through you (or at least it should do). So you set your stall out. You think thats perfectly acceptable, which basically makes you a newb.

That for me is coward. Funniliy enough the guy on your realm logged off from bordem as well. that sort of chicken shit playstyle is completly pointless, doesnt test your toon or you, and basically kills the game. you fooking know it too.
