It's a security measure to protect against someone being able to steal your account. If someone had your subs login and password, they could change your registered email address, then request a new password and there'd be nothing you could do to prevent it or get it back. As it stands, the billing team have strict rules regarding the amount of proof of ownership they require to make such a change.Blondy said:Erh...why?
