My thoughts of the evening, mids got about 4 regular guild groups out, get bored since noone to kill(suprise when you got 4 regular guild gps that add each fight they can?) take all keeps in hope to get bit hibs out, then that succeeds as hibs go RK, blabla then those mid GG's charge RK die, hibs take what one, two keeps back then those guild groups are back that died at RK kill the random hibs again and take the few hib keeps back once more. moo moo <insert boredom> In the end this gets quite boring and shows how boring NF will be for hib/pry. Chanceless. As there isnt even one active RvR guild at all on hib side, and the few there were moved to Camlann or higher population servers. So yes prydwen sux.

in your view hibs are weak maybe its because being steamrollered day in day out some of us have decided that its not worth the hasel of leaving druim ligen.

Mids take bolg and ailine and they expect us to come out and retake, not so we are more active in rvr but so they can rush us from behind and be farmed for our rps.

I myself will probbly be retiring from hibernia prydwen and taking up on mid excal the simple fact is tired of being trodden into the ground all the time. Tired of the stupid OMG dont add rule, tired of the you cant venture out of ligen if your not rr10 and got all the toa stuff under the sun.

try mid, they're having a hard time, try alb they're having a hard time, everyone is having a bad time, hib is having a hard time aswell!! everyone is having a hard time, exect the enemy realms.

im an alb, we tend to have a high population (although mid cought up with us recently). Even when we zerg we can't always compete vs fotm rr8+ mid groups, can't expect to beat 30-40 more RAP's + the experience that comes with that play time.

hell if we see hibs with rr8 + we might aswell sit down and do /y QQ

the fact that you have trouble taking on high RR opted groups kinda has nothing to do with being a hib, all low-mid RR's have the same problem.

we solve it by QQ'ing on boards and trying anyway in the hope we'll ever get a decent RR.
well and killing low RR mids and hibs. that's kinda how the daoc world works.


oh and YES we want to win, we kinda feel "teh suck" when we lose, so if we can find a way to win: Fock off we'll use it (and we don't expect you to do otherwise).

zerging isn't the only way to win, just ask the fotm hib pbaoe groups who oblitherate alb zergs at keeps .........

tbh you're no better or worse of the all the others on the server, we all strugle sometimes, we all QQ sometimes, and we all win sometimes.

dont think hibs are weak realm, we have seen that several time when they steamroll our own frontier whit ~5fg.

alb whining high rl mid groups? i guess we mids, who not are high rl, when sometimes run against albs high rl groups are having so much easier what albs? its so fun to attack or try cc albs who use sos and bof, or hibs whit allmost samekind cc immunity whit several group purges.

At around 21 cet Luirmir took a load of 4fg's plus mini groups out. Kick in the door at Scath, took it, went to ngeh took it, went to bolg took it. And hour later we kick in the door at crim ... and behold DEFENDERS !!! good fight at the top of the tower, even if most hibs did <its mids at the top we are doomed, ets stand here and do nothing>, took some time to turn it around and go up.

From there we lost about all the stranglers and had 3½ fg's, we went Behn, took it headed to Ailiene, kicked in the front door and got killed from behind. We released, went back to find the mids had left, they how ever came back and got overzerged by us, 1fg vs. 3-4fgs. Ailienne ours we went for DC ... now we lost one group who thought to detour to amg first to some mids, we have mids defending DC. So we went to MMG, killed the few there, killed 1½ fg albs from MMG to DCY, killed another 2fgs abls right after, killed mid adds. Made a stand off at AMG, killed the albs already there, killed 2 or 3 fg's mids inc both sides at once. killed even more albs there.

And then nothing, no albs no mids. We are sitting dug in with 3-4 fgs wards, fonts, traps, shrooms. Well there wasent really anything the albs could do other then counter with more groups and they did 5fg+ and add to that some mids who thought to come also ... im not sure but I think those few mids got thier asses kick badly also.

Was a fun night was we got going, but it took sometime as we have quite a few realm mates who dosent want to get zerged all the time, and believe that if mids holds lots of keeps they are going to get zerged all the time. Which in most case are true unless its one of our GG out hunting.

Well good to hear that things turned for the better at the end.

Never got a chance to see it as i left at midnight after 4 hours of being farmed.
Was looking forward to NF but dreading it a bit now.

Outnumbered 2-1 by both albs and mids is not going to be fun and i can see it getting worse.
For people that still dont understand how bad the numbers are ill give an example.
Few days ago went to log in, prydwen 1300 players(approx).
/Who all gave 240 non anon hibs.
/Who Bard gave 10, thats not 10 level 50, that was of all levels.

Short of a few guilds leaving mid/alb and joining us i dont see how this can improve.

If you're not happy with the situation do something about it, when I've seen Hibs coming out in large numbers they've kicked arse in Emain or anywhere else for that matter. I know if I created a character on a server and asked "Whats the RvR like" and got the answer "Nah we never go out, we always get killed" or something like that can't say I'd bother getting to 50. Like a challenge, but that would just be masochistic.

Albion has had periods when been completely killed and many people not bothering to go out, but concentrating on getting items etc. Couldn't complain though as I wasn't going to put in the effort to try and get people out ( to those that do).

When Mids took keeps was less than 230 Hibs online. No eclipse alliance rvr guild groups afaik and no bards or druids in any of the major eclipse guilds online. There was barely any melee chars either in the entire realm.

Will get worse come NF as the opposing zerg mounts, hence I would guess Hib total will be about 15-18% of server pop.

Well for a start you can try to maximise the numbers who go out, seen Hibs do it before, more people go out do better, more people want to go out, do even better, people get attracted to playing Hib etc. Otherwise might as well just quit.

Bonuses for xping Hib will prob get in NF may help as well.
