Hibernian Guilds and how have they changed?

Im curious, how have peeps guilds changed over the past weeks ?

we have seen some relative success and inevitable downfalls of some here and there but there have been some big changes !!

our guild hasnt lost any of our 50s, over the past year lost one or two peeps to guilds who speak their language and i think its pretty much the same throughout our alliance.

would be interesting to know how other guilds are getting on post away !

We have lost a lot of 50's in the last few months.

Poaching of l337 specced lvl 50's continues unabated.

Since hitting 50 i have had 7 (thats SEVEN) pm's from large guilds wanting to know my spec, fortunately my ideal spec is very different to the preordained "proper" spec that some peeps seem to think all characters should have. So im safe.

We lost a couple to VGN but that was of their own accord, and they were kind enough to let us know, in advance, their plans.

Other than that we are doing ok at keeping our members (10 lvl 50's as of last night - big gratz Kirnan), but i guess that's cos we are such a nice guild

Well our guild is still suffering

We lost a few peeps due to there not being anough people their level to hunt with them etc

However thanks to alliance we have started to grow again and soon hopefully there will be a lvl 50 for the first time in our guild

p.s. squirel m8 wherebouts in scotland u at? lol never noticed b4 and theres me going on about not enough scots in game

No you replied by calling us bastards! Thats hardly the same as saying you thought thats what BD was doing. Why have you got such a childish and petty attitude to people you dont seem to like because of there label. An individual possibly poached some of your players. Not the guild as a whole, leave it be and go and bug some other guild. The only time anyone has ever flamed you is in retalliation. I fail to see what your problem is. As I said LET IT REST! And to be hounest Im yet to see any "poaching" as its called. I have one point that people need to take heed of.

Others are not robots, they cant be forced to move. There reasons to move will be there own and we dont offer them any incentive to join the guild. The term poach meens to take someone or somthing in an unfair or cladestine way. Now tell me why someone changing guilds is unfair?

Rvr guild don't poach members as far as I'm concerned. No one is forcing people to leave their guilds for rvr guilds so why bitch about it? At the end of the day it was their desicision to join and if they wanted to stay put they would have told the people pming them to join where to go. Let sleeping dogs lie.

as for getting lost in emain.. it's understandable with all those albs covering the landmarks.. nothing to be ashamed of

I hope u werent serious about quitting BD just coz of some remarks made on forums here? Not that I really care about BD, but I just think that's a kinda sad reason to leave any guild.
