Wrong, alb dragon was bugged up to like 1.58(cant remember exactly, but sometime after SI and before 1.60) and was killable with(or so i hear) as low as 38 people.

Humm at previous stages of the Hib dragon's life it has been killed on plenty of other servers, just exc hibs never tried tactics before it seems.

You use the word "Tactics" as if it is a simple universal process.

Many different methods were tried on the old dragon if you'd like to take this opportunity to search the forums, read the plans, read the discussions, read the tests, read the reports, you might actually know a little more about the shape of things. Then again you may just completely fail to pick up anything and post another wisdom infused reply.

Its no longer a big deal killing the dragon in hib/mid/alb, just dangle the slim chance of a respec stone and pop 100+ people willing to paste them.

This is why the dragons are dying more often, its being attempted more and with much larger numbers as more raids are successful the way to do it is becoming better known.

Last Mid Dragon raid i went was cancelled due to it not re-spawining (and I cant blame it I think it died twice in one day)

Well first of all, the only ones who killed the hib dragon pre-nerfing was the germans. So the US/UK/FR didn't kill him before he got nerfed. Note that this only happened on 1 server, 1 time.
Then came the nerf, and of course US killed it before us as they were patched long before us.
Then the nerf reached EU. Prydwen got it down a week or so quicker than Excal, but that same weekend we got him down to 0.x% hp (which we also had done before when he wasn't nerfed).
Then now we've killed him twice.

So mate I don't think we're really behind any of the other servers. Pryd was ahead with 1 week, which really isn't anything. Don't know how the germans been doing now after the nerf.

Anyways, imo all hib/exc raids have been quite good planned and organized, especially the last attempts (not only the ones that succeeded).
