Without a figure but from a critically debuffed rocot (so I was hitting to cap), I think Ultimate Recovery actually is slightly more damage than Annhialation.

A fat problem with CS is that there are few and crappy spears around, especially for highest frontloads. Another problem is that anhil is so much better than CS styles in RvR utility. The thrust damage on spears don't seem to make up for this atm. Better CS drops and fixing bugged snare effect on CS behind style would even it out I think. Maths don't say very much in this case.
