Can someone help answer/comment on the following (for my revision notes):
- Describe how the transfer of a required gene from a donor to a recipent, including the use of restriction enzymes and ligase, can produce genertically modified organisms.
- Evaluate the ethical implications of genetic modification
- Recall that one pair of chromoes, XX in a female or XY in male, controls the sex of a person, and describe the determination of the sex of offspring at ferilisation, using a genetic diagram. - basically why is it XX in female and XY in male?
Rep on offer etc.
