If you don't want the dex on the sleeves (cuz of not doing solo) then you can swap it for 10 energy and then ALL of your resists are capped. Energy pretty useless for hibs but it is your choice. You won't need to change qual on the sleeves, they only need to be 99%

Looks ok to me, only missing 2 melee damage and 1 style damage, most resists are capped or 1 from cap, GoV doesn't fit into that template, and even if i did put it in, is pointless, since GSV proc > GoV proc, capped str, and blades is pure str based so max damage from that, 95 con + 240 hit is a lot of hp for damage taking, only 3 quick from cap so speed is decent. Fairly easy to make too.

From what I hear GOLM is great for its det charge, So id look at trying to get that in. It would also cap out your TOA damage bonuses. I was under the impression you would want blades capped to 50 even if using CD styles as this would have an effect on your WS. I know very little about light tanks so this is likely wrong

I tried to make a template that i would be able to make I.E. not including things that are ridiculously hard to get (such as GoV and GoLM [thank you mythic for making such artifacts damn near impossible to get])
you only need 51 blades skill (hence why i said only works for rr2+) to have capped damage with CD styles (at 50), as long as you DON'T use blade styles and only CD styles your damage will always be at it's highest.
Styles/Skills a bm uses in RvR: snow shower, squall, ice storm chain, flurry, charge and purge.
This template isn't made on my bm, and even without it, using pretty basic gear, my bm's damage is nice and high, i have no problems dealing out large amounts of damage
