And the charred pendraglyph necky with 5*6 resists+10 af is it tradable?

While the melee speed 5% is nice, the Disarm proc really doesnt go off all that much, and since your main targets would prolly be Casters or Support anyway , there really is no point using the Harpy cloak , Take SoM..

no my main targets will be other stealters, SoM doesnt help me at all vs casters and support tbh

I tried it for a little while and the disarm proc rarely went off I might try it again soon though just to re-inforce it back into my memory. It was similar to the ML6.10 SB Vest that also hardly does its health proc :/ TG Vest and GoV are the best SB Vests.

The thing to compare it to is SoM, and when SoM decides to go into a Proccing Frenzy, it is beautiful :> And you look cool in black And the SL is also handy.

But the way they are nerfing everything left right and center, PH, Malice, Battler, maybe SoM and it's proccing may be next in the pipeline :/ Who knows.

Anyways...i had harpy for a some considerable time...wasnt v usefull. After a bit i didnt even use it...then again... i rarely used SoM for abla those days anyways

>ell SoM is only useful against Melee Targets also, but I must indeed agree that HFC doesn't proc much. But the proc of HFC will 'absorb'(if you see not getting hit as absorbing) more dmg then SoM.

Theres is an almost identical necky which drops off the boss in the highest instance in Barrows,Deliah or whatever the name is been a while since I went there.

Might take a few runs to get it though,think i got my first one after about 8 runs through it.

Anyone who has had SoM proc 4-5 times ina row will never EVER use another cloak on a melee class

+2nd Sl with RoD rox if you think shadeform looks pants(And i really thing elph feemale cata shadeform looks pants ... but i like winning more than it bothers me )
