not one fight i have got into u with u have not strafed in 1v1 duels u strafe ... i have always stood by and watched your fights and u strafe but still i dont intercept ... but now recently ur running around with no care F8 + stick and strafeing like fuck nd destealthing me in front of hibs ... just yesterday i hit a hib and BANG u was on me side stun..

TBH wtf is the point in me playing a inf ? and i cant get fuck all styles off

yes i got owned but not fairly so u can all call this flame bait and whine ... but i was owned unfairly .... i did try and walk backwards but still he strafed it still .. i miss like 80 % of my styles or they turned out unstyled because of this.
i understand that rangers love gettin side style stun off so they use strafe to get that but even wen u get that off suprise suprise u still strafe

Keep moving backwards with slightly turning into his strafe direction. How you catch him when he runs is a different matter though. Or avoiding the other hibs.

when you loose a 1 on 1 fight its always frustrating when you have all stuff up and you feel you just get outstrafed....or outspecced And what is really fair in a 1 vs 1 fight? I find myself cursing for myself when someone strafes a lot as well sometimes..and even more so when someone specced moblock 5 or so and i cant get a single hit in...is that fair? I dont know, but there is easier to just accept that the game isnt balanced in 1 vs 1 and that its really bag/stone/scissor most of the meetings you have.....then a few fights are really close and you have to use all to win etc...those are the fun fights. i find myself chuckling at times when people with enourmos amounts of moblock etc feel its a fair duel killing me or someone else with lw many times and beckoning me. is it cause they know they win and want the rps...or is it cause they think its a fair and fun fight? I dont think so But whatever the reason and however people play acceptance is the way to deal with it. You have some nice fights and you have some you cant win however you use ur "skill" or abilities.

Personally I tend not to do it that often unless I need to get in Ice Storm chain... However I don't really get annoyed with people who does it (including runthrough) adds a bit of spice like VF said. Tis not hard to counter anyway.

Walking backwards and spam face works for me. Although i am far from skilled in moving. Find it too damn hard to focus on moving and hitting..

PS: I suck at strafing, strafers, whatever except shooting arrows in peoples bums.

habemus is a twat for run through and he really doesn't give a shit about it. He seems being oov for half the styles as playing fair, personally I think its total abuse of the game dynamics and should be banable when its taken to extremes like that.

Best thing ive found is back up against something (if you can). Edge of a bridge, a wall etc. I personally dont have enough fingers to move backwards, spam face, use styles, use abilities and watch out for stuff like, evade chain starting, fights where i spend the entire time keeping someone in view usually mean i dont fire off cl5 or something stupid like that, because you spend the entire time trying to work out where the person with a faster connection currently is and where hes going next. If you play with even the slightest bit of lag its a fucking joke trying to counter it.

walk backwards, keep manually facing the target, occasionally hit face and do a short push forward if you want to land a style for sure -> runthrough target to avoid flank being exposed for sidestun, then face and repeat

Manually turning the opposite direction your target is, combined with garrote spam, works a charm when it comes to avoiding side chains. If he starts strafing/moving towards your left side you start moving backwards and make your char face further left then your target currently is. Repeat when he goes other side.

If your target runs through, well heh, quick strafe in either direction and start moving backwards quickly and spam style. When he then 'finds' your new location and starts run through again you just repeat same action. Kinda makes the whole thing turn to your advantage.

Just run-through strafers, they strafe so much they often dont expect that, and got ur back exposed to you. Free hit and he gets OOV instead xD
