I think you misunderstood my point. I'd give an arm and a leg to see the Pixies, but I can't, so I'm going to find solace in some rubbish I made up. (although they are fat, did you see last weeks NME?)

And frank (sorry francis) Black is probably the fattest singer guitarist i have ever seen live tho he seems to have slimmed a lot from when i saw him. Kim deal is very pdgy looking now but good enough for Steve Albini.

I paid an obscene amount of money as thats all i could do. I wanted to see them on their own, i HATE the RHCP (blandmeisters supreme imo), didnt want to see them at a festival AND i get to see them in about 40 hrs at a place not too far from me with free accomodation afterwards.

I am really quite excited about this now
