i'm looking for a new gfx card, i currently have a geforce4 Mx 440 64mb

but i want reflecty water etc

so was thinking of upgrading

few questions:

if i upgrade will i see a markable improvment in framerates/speed/general performance?

is it actually worth it for the benefits that i will see?

which are the best cards on the market atm?

how much do they cost?

and any links to various retailers would be appreciated!

this is a nice, kinda cheap ati 9600 pro card.

if the other components doesnt totally suck - yes.

i still use my geforce 2 gts ... yes its old but an ole reliable bastard it is tis :>
atm ppl seem to think ati > nvidia ... although i prefer nvidia
