Graphics Graphics Card Dead

I was using the PC just now and then the screen went a sort of purple colour and then went black with the PC monitor saying there is no input.

Ive removed and replaced the video card with no success.

Removing the card and using the motherboard graphics works fine.

I assume this means the card has died?

I might know someone who might be interested mr @TdC , depending on price. He just bought a 2k monitor and wants a temporary card until some beast comes out next year.

He is tighter than a ducks arse and takes forever to decide anything but I will have a word anyway...

hehe cheers Raven. if you weren't joking, do make your special friend aware that I live in the province of NL, le Yurp eh. there's postage and stuff to consider. that said, card's not old in any way, shape or form and I has original box and all that gubbins.

yes. it's a monster. I use it to heat my house, boil my water and grill my meat....as well as gaming.
