"Good news!!!!!

The Beta Packs have just been delivered!
I've checked with the Warehouse manager, who tells me that we will start packing them tomorrow, but they probably won't ship until Tuesday, as we've no collection on Friday and Monday is a Bank Holiday.
Sorry for the delay - they'll be with you ASAP!

We've been given a few different dates for delivery before now, but were never told why they were delayed. I know a few places have had the packs since the end of November, again, I don't know why they did and we didn't.
Bottom line is, we've got them now and they will be sent out as soon as possible."
