I first watched Clockwork Orange at school, on a pirate video, it was terribly bad and I efectively missed most of it, so it'll be great seeing it again after all those years.

Read the book too, I really like books written that way, similar to 1984 and Feersum Enjinn.

Rollerball was great, well teh games in it were good, the violence and effects still stand up today, however the bits in between the games.. left something to be desired.

Clockwork Orange is pants :/ I was really lookin forward to seeing it, then I did and it was just like "oh..and thats it?"

Unfortunately its very dated now, not as shocking as it once was etc. It must have been a great film when it was first released, but seeing it for the first time now is gona be a dissapointment.

I caught half of it, and I agree, I understood very very very little of it.

You need to have spent the past 6 hours using mind altering drugs to get/laugh at Adam Sandler films.

Iain Banks. His sci-fi books (Iain M Banks) are masterpieces in their own right. somebody should really make a film out of them

i wont ruin WoT for those who aint finished book 9, but it seems like he isnt even half way there yet, he still has to defeat the seanchan, the white tower has to be restored and a load of other stuff.

For those who found later versions slow going, its because the storyline is developing across several parties, ie Perrin, Matt, Egwere and co, Nynaeve+Aviendha+Elayne and co, its not like it was at first when they were all together, of course if your describing events happening in the same time frame across multiple parties its going to take longer :)
