it was utter shit.... nah joke lol i liked it actually always fun seeing movies from different guilds and showing what you fight rather than just set guild grps of rr10-11 running around killing pretty much everything effortlessly more fun seeing movies when they look challenging

Was pretty chilled out with mellow tunes and a mostly calm vent but maybe lower the music level a bit to make vent easier to hear. I couldn't take it too seriously as a fg leet RvR movie but simply as a piece of entertainment. If I want leet play only I will go watch one of Valgair's movies lol. This was the idea I had with my first movie and anyone who saw it knows full well I could never claim to be a leet player but someone who enjoyed their own playstyle and group play and wanted to make something people could hopefully be entertained by. This video kinda came across in a similar way and I liked it.
The editing and intro was nice although camera seemed a bit jerky at times which was a shame but pleasing to watch and using the "Hummell Gets The Rockets" tune from The Rock soundtrack was cool. Very nice piece of music if a little slow but still atmospheric. Titles of characters could have been improved a bit tho as some looked a bit washed out or out of place etc.
The movie quality seemed very low considering the file size. I was expecting it to be twice aslong as it was. As a rough guide 10 meg per minute is the norm on most xvid/divx movies so maybe check your encoding/rendering techniques for the next one. I output from Premier Pro2 uncompressed render of video and audio and then encode with virtual dub using twopass xvid at 1200kbps bitrate video and 128kbps 44100hz ABR (16k a second) audio and am reasonably happy with the results so thats worth looking at on your next project.
Gameplay wise I always think do as I say not as i do lol. Since my first movie my gameplay has improved for various reasons (peoples comments and me analysing footage) and this will show in my second movie and I think this applies to you aswell from an SM PoV. Some people will just post spam/abuse but some will also post constructive advice which hopefully will help you improve.
Pet spam... use your low level sup pbae nuke more, especially on theurgist pets. Any pet you cant insta kill, root it. When its root immune try call for a slam if its ml9'd and hitting you or try and get some distance and then nuke it down.
Kiting... you really REALLY need to pan more. It helps soooo much especially when kiting so you can time when to stop/root/nuke/mez etc. It took me a while to get used to it but now i am i couldnt play without it.
Keep moving... a few times i noticed you got banelord'd and just waited for the effect to drop before nuking again. Always keep moving and while moving spam debuffs on any enemy in sight. SM has the best debuffs in mid and imo we should use and abuse all the debuffs we can. Every target you nuke, debuff it at the same time (seers/casters: dex/qui + dex + str/con, melee: str/con + attackspeed +str). When combined with a shaman's shears it can cripple your MA's target and won't break CC.
Use your AE and PBAE mez more... I dont think I saw it used once in the movie and its a great tool. When it sticks its awesome for stopping casters and seers and if it doesn't stick it interrupts them. Also its the only spammable ae interrupt an SM has.
Rebuffing/Curing... Some bits of the movie you were nearsighted for ages. You need to tell the grp asap for cures and rebuffs etc.
Pet control... Most SM's will say have it on passive for the melee intercepts but a well controlled pet is awesome for an SM. Sometimes im not sure you could know where it is in a fight so try and make better use of it. Also rather than having it just stood next to you when there is nothing melee'ing you send it on a target to interrupt it rather than agro mode where it can break your groups CC but close enough so you can slap it on passive when a tank comes after you.
Overall I liked it as an entertaining movie and nice to watch from a fellow SM PoV and I look forward to your next one. Oh and kickass sexy husky female voice on vent rocked too hehe

Shivae pov was horrible to watch, made me cry ^^ I haven't played my Valk much overall, but that's just so wrong. Why use a 2h sword on a toon that relies on procs to deal dmg (even sidestyle in the old patch), why use a large shield to slam if it's not Guthlac (and I've never seen Shiv guard anyone), why cae a nice remezz (synergy), why snare stunned targets that are at 40% health and nobody is healing them etc. etc. etc. I really think that's one of the weak points in the group, basically the Zoyster of Midgard ^^ (I had to get out that clichée, way too unused these days
Yes, you're stacked a lot, should move out a bit more and the rebuffing needs some serious help. Then again, nobody shouted for rebuffs aswell, people should do that, it really helps the support localize the problem. Sometimes I can see the shears on my druid and rebuff insta, but sometimes I just can't see it and need people to tell me =)
