not according to DAOC herald. saying its in the gold version and available for d/l . but i dont c it available on the housing web page.!!

It may include foundations, but people wont be able to use it till it goes live ;)

Although, the information may be in the manual.

If you read the press release, it says

"Foundations is currently in beta and will be available to all subscribers free of charge in late June."

Its just making sure people can get it early and not jam the patch servers. For those not buying Gold, they can just get foundations on the front cover of a top puter mag in a states. If GOA had any brains they'd follow suit.

If you cant use the furniture or see out while others cant see in, whats the point. When it came down to it, that was what made UO housing cool.
