the best sorc spec for me atm is 36 mind 40 body,and yes u got 2 aoe timers,2 aoe CC,and a nuke.
aoe root helps a lot when they are already iunmune to mezz and are chasing,single root not enoguht today in dark assist of tankalot .

discuss what do u think about this an another sorcs specs.

and what about RAs?

what the way to spec RAs.

Since caps are gone, with fully-buffed dex you gain almost as much from a level of aug dex as you do from the same level of MotArt. So keep them in step imo (yes if you only go to Art2, only go to Dex2).


But there's not much else to get as a Sorc - mcl, purge, moc, maybe some aom, lw1, toughness. Otherwise, just get faster mezzes.

Yes caps are gone but 6 dex does not equal to 3% castingspeed.

Healers got 3... Stun, Mez and Single Target root... Hey, might not be the best one out there (the single target root) but it can get the job done at times...

They do have 4 insta's but those for are on 2 immunity timers (root / stun)...

Imho, get a character with Determination 4 and see how 'overpowered' those insta's are Now if only all chars got determination, would be different out there... For sure...

Nope, that tells you there are 4 aoe spell-lines, not 4 different aoe timers.

The casted and instant versions of each are the same timers.

6 Dex on top of 330 Dex = 1.9% casting speed boost
6 Dex on top of 350 Dex = 2.0% casting speed boost

Yes, each step is not as big a boost as MotArt, but it doesn't have an Acuity3 pre-req and is a cheaper, better boost than going to the next level of MotArt even after you have Acuity3.
