I found a chunk of popcorn in my mouth a few minutes ago.

I ate a wee bag of popcorn while I watched Zulu, approx. 10 hours ago.

Cleanliness is next to godliness, and all that.

I have an annoying gap at the back of my teeth, you can guarentee that certain foods always end up there, usually apple, bacon, popcorn, etc.

I had a crown fitted to try and close the gap, went through two weeks of agony and carved up a perfectly healthy tooth, yet it still gets stuff caught in it.

I use a needle or floss.

My wisdom teeth coming in at the mo, if any is in same position put a few XXX mints in your mouth and crunch them down real quick so theres lots of bits. As well as having to endure excrutiating pain it passes the time picking them out at work during quiet periods :)

Could be worse, you could find a handgrenade between your teeth instead of the pin.

Isnt it weird though that, when you do get something stuck between your teeth its nigh on impossible to keep your tongue away from it for more than about 10 seconds?

Same with ulcers, and loose fillings, and gaps, and broken teeth and those funny little blistery things you get occasionally :)

Celery in not being 'food' by definition shocker:

1. Material, usually of plant or animal origin, that contains or consists of essential body nutrients, such as carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins, or minerals, and is ingested and assimilated by an organism to produce energy, stimulate growth, and maintain life.
2. A specified kind of nourishment: breakfast food; plant food.
3. Nourishment eaten in solid form: food and drink.
4. Something that nourishes or sustains in a way suggestive of physical nourishment: food for thought; food for the soul.

1. Celery takes away more from your body than it gives you. It will not produce any form of energy, or anything,
2. Specified denourisher.
3. Yes, it is eaten. But again, there is no nourishment involved.
4. As above, again.

So - celery isn't even food by defnition, the only thing it is is 'edible'.

Classy.
