If i print screen and paste into photoshop the image is fine?!

Is it like that when you're actually playing the game? Is that a screenshot using the games own capture thing, or using print screen or fraps or other 3rd party software?

its like that in game, i took it on my phone because when i did a print screen and pasted it into photoshop it was fine

Then quite possibly, try the obvious like driver updates - I get similar artifacts on mine but only in very old 3d games. Plus of course drivers are free

If you have a fan on the card, there's a chance the ball bearing may be buggered and the fans not cooling it properly.

Had a similar experience a couple of years back.
