Anyone any idea what the L10 ability does when a Cleric uses it ?

VoS gives info for tank, caster & archer version but nothing specific for healer types.


I assume it will either be

a) Crowd Control Reduction Buff - Banish Fear
b) mez blocker, same as Ceremonial Bracer

and if its a) what does it do exactly ? ( cc reduced by a certain % i assume?)
