I think the site was having a hard time coping earlier, lots of timeout errors. I requested mine a few hours ago and it's come through now so hopefully it will sort itself out.

It's perfectly fine if you go in with no expectations and free is the perfect price tag. It gets a bit daft once you unlock the flying vehicle as you can just skip over the map and avoid most of the encounters that define a wasteland experience.
