I didn't know James/Gamblor, but from what I've seen him post here on FH he seemed like a nice guy, and his passing came way too soon.

I remember him posting here a couple of weeks ago about his chest pains, but I certainly didn't think it would something so serious. At least I hoped it wasn't, which I'm sure we all did.

My thoughts go to his family and friends. RIP m8.

When Marchi contacted us in game to tell us what had happened I was stunned. I was only talking with Gamblor the other week about meeting for a beer in Dublin one night.

Both my lad (Shimynor) and I offer our deepest condolences to all his family and friends.

Gamblor was always a guy who had time for you, and was one of life’s good guys. He will be sadly missed here but our feelings pale into insignificance compared to his family and friends, who our thoughts and best wishes go to.

I just found out about this when I logged in to the game, I am utterly shocked and very very upset. I've known Gamblor since we started DAOC over 4 years ago, he was the one who got me to join the Shadowlords Society.
