Come one, if you're going to comment on this read up on all of it, the man had a massively damaged heart and liver (long term alcohol abuse) the first autopsy wrote it off as a heart attack. The second autopsy found large amounts of blood in abdominal cavity due to the above conditions the debate now will be was this caused by the fall?
Not actually true - he had signs of atheroma - the age/diet related buildups in the artery that we all start getting from about 8 years old but he didnt have it acutely - same for liver - while not 100% top notch he wasnt in imminent danger of death from either of those.
If you find a haemorrhage after someone had been hit it would be rather unlikely not to link the two things.
For the record both autopsy's found a lot of blood in the abdominal cavity but they differ over why it was there.
