Yeah but genital piercing is so unspecific. PA is a universal term AFAIR. Also you have On men such things as Ampallang, Guiche, Frenum, hafada, Reverse PA, Dydoe to name but a few. And that's not including the female varieties.

yaruar - as for split tongues, and derms etc, yeah same here. Zilch shocks me now, and actually I do miss that. Split tongues are fun, gets to the parts not normally reachable.

Nah, personal satisfaction with the way you look is what the main reason is, however there are always the few that are my age have the general:
