I did... 6 hours in an open roof car in direct sunlight in the south of france/north of spain with just enough wind not to feel the burning...

rofl in the supermarket the other evening and this little blonde girl who would normally have been quite pale was shopping and omg she was flourescent! her face her arms, back everything then she reached up to get something off the shelf and i saw what colour she should have been (can you say albino?) i had to seriously resist the compulsion to pretend i thought i knew her and slapping her on the back it was hard but i won. whhhy do people do this to themselves??????

serious bit kids: sun burn is bad, its serious and the damage it does can be perminant leading to severe aging effects if your lucky and melinoma if your unlucky, factor 15 is the lowest safe sun screen to use i suggest you go buy a bottle and use it every time your out in the sun, if your out for long periods wear a hat to prevent heat stroke (shades too with a UV filter to protect your eyes) and chemists (boots, body shop etc) will sell lip balm with built in SPF. Drink loads of water, dehydration is serious dont put yourself at risk. humans dont have the ability to monitor their own salt and fluid loss so just keep it at the back of your minds eh?

The only two things I don't like about this weather are:
(1) Going home on the tube
