Not having a Friar myself, I am still 99% certain the L10 effect doesn't work. (It seems to only work for pure cloth casters, for instance it does not work for Wardens or Healers, both who have chants/songs.)

it's a self thingy anyway.. group spells (pulsing) can only be affected. So it will most definatly don't work.

The lvl 10 ability only works on music classes (minstrel, bard, skald) and pure caster classes (the ones that uses focus).

yes back in the days when toa was just released it worked on a pally, but they fixed it rather fast afaik

The level 10 ability turns group chants into pbaoe chants, so no it doesn't work on Friars self end regen.

However its still a damn nice artifact to reduce damage.

Pala's cant wear the ring as far as im aware... You'd have to ask a hib if it works with bard end song tho.

Everyone can activate the ring just everyone cant use the lvl 10 ability.
And bard is a music class so it works for them
Have it on my warden too (lvl 10) and people out of group does not get pbt from me

Not everyone afaik, and isnt Warden's pbt same as theurg?

Well im not 100% sure that tanks and stealthers can activate it but i know for sure that everyone else can.
Warden pbt is same as theurg pbt yeah but it still wont become aoe from the lvl 10 croc ring on warden.

Pbt is the same spell for both Theurgists, Runemasters, and Wardens, but of the three only the first two are pure cloth casters and thus only them receive benefit from the L10 CTR ability.
