Protein shakes have come along way, try reflex if you can get it in spain. Their instant or natural whey is cheap and very easy on your stomach. Tastes good too.

Good workout plan, although I'd swap the triceps to the chest day and biceps to the back day. You use your triceps when doing chest, and most upper back excercises use biceps. Massive glaring omission there though, LEGS. Most important and overlooked workout.

Ja. Recently swaped biceps for the chest day, cuz i been experiencing some pain in my right elbow when pulling moderate to heavy weights, so i didnt want to risk it with triceps exercises in the same session. Altho indeed the cookie cutter routine is chest+triceps n i will swap back to it asap.

Legs.... :p Yeah I been overlooking them all my life but on the other side, I have a very "weak" knees from several footy injuries. The last time i tried pull ups for legs, my left knee turned into a 3rd ass-cheek :p

Will try and look for that reflex stuff, but as I said, if its anything like prot shakes, i dont like how they make you bulkier and somehow look like a "bouncer" ;)

Heh ^^ Did you have the possibility to keep all the guns? I think in Germany you can keep certain guns if you inherit them and show them to the police or so.
Yeah dad got license on some rifles, i got license on a 1898 Mauser in mint condition.

- French are white flag waving pansies.
If the French knows one thing looking historically, it's war. It's fairly amusing actually how the whole France always surrenders thing came about - especially considering they've won far more wars than they've lost - which can't be said for many other countries(Finland for example).

Regarding the Legion's requirements however, they may be very low but just because you pass them doesn't mean you are in. As far as I understood it, they do recruitment tests every few days or so with the people pooling up at the centers, then take the very best of the ones they've got(or none at all in some cases) and sends the rest home.

And competition is extremly fierce, mostly due to alot of Africans/Eastern European hardasses considering it an "easy" way to get a citizenship.
