Outside the UK hoodies do not necessarily indicate thug, Chav, scrote or cunt.... Just to make those who do not travel so much aware....just like wearing Lacoste in the UK didn't used to indicate the individual had nazi beliefs (iirc wearing Lacoste implies certain political belief if worn in NL) , naturally I have no idea whether it indicates that now.
