Yo,

Was speaking to Zarjazz over the last week and thought it was nigh on time that we went out on a night to another Michelin Star evening. Think it will be Japanese unless told otherwise. Would hope to do sometime in Feb but not near Valentines day for those romantic ones. I know that Chilly and lecter *should* turn up.

For this outing expect around a bill of £75 + drinks. No tracksuits, crocs, hoodies allowed.

Japanese, would that include Kobe beef? (though I doubt it for £75!)

Can't get Kobe beef outside Japan. Only "Kobe-style".

You can get kobe aka Wagyu in Denmark. So come on over, and we'll do it in cph Airport at Mash :p (Australian Wagyu )
You can get Japanize'ro kobe'san as well in dk, but then £75,- wont cut it ;)

Yeah you can get Wagyu here. I came within a click of ordering some for new year but stopped myself. Settled for some decent fillet instead. £450 a lb vs £40 a lb!

I've had a few opportunities as well,
but I've always gone for the bigger Ribeye instead :D

Doesn't sound like a "freddybeer" though. Freddybeer implies to the reader a sort of pubround where anything goes and includes everyone.

Michelin star, no hoodies, £75 expected cost. Bit posh and/or exclusive.

Well, it indicates that over the last 15 years, we've all aged approximately 15 years and no longer need to drink £1 pints :)

Its not Kobe beef. Wagyu is "Kobe-style". We had a conversation about this on here a while ago.

Not really the point, michelin star £75 meals ain't exactly for everyone :p

Guess i always just saw freddybeer as something of a pisser up with no fancy stuff, like this place :D

No hoodies allowed? Must be a pretentious shithole. Never been to a top quality restaurant where they have a dress code, last Michelen star place I went to couldn't give shit that I was in a hoodie.

I've got lots of hoodies! It's almost impossible to buy a 'sweat' without a hood.
However wouldn't wear one on an evening out.

Since Deebs considers "that fish stuff I buy from Tescos" as real Sushi it's really not a good choice. The uncouth lout needs educating first!

So instead, I'm suggesting posh barbecue - http://www.barbecoa.com/

Meat, Beer, Whiskey. Can't argue with that.

A cynical person might think that restaurant was chosen because its about 20 feet from your flat. Not me, obviously, but a cynical person.
