certain groups have an extremly good timing when ppl unstealth nowadays, also the same grps seem to allways engage combat on enemy grps from behind every time
so the population of cheaters is probably bigger than we think... tho imo it's not our (the players) job to fetch the cheaters, it's Mythic/GOA's job and they clearly does not put in enough effort to catch these bastids.

as a stealther u get to see many funny things around the frontiers and lately a certain hib grp has gotten my attention as it smell something fishy about them, but there is alot more that cheat but i got no evidence...

name and shame is not the players job either imo, send the vid to Mythic/GOA or whoever in charge and let them decide who's cheating or not.
there's a thing called "innocent until proven guilty."

most important thing is this guy says he faced me. Which is bollaxs.

Footage of people will never be conclusive but you can look at it and get a fair idea. this to me stinks of radar.

well still as i said before, to short + he could be heading back to apk, and spotted you on the way back etc.

if you had more footage it could have been evidence, with this it can just be coincidence. (and yes he could be useing radar, but i dont accuse ppl of haveing radar, if i have no experience of it, or strong proof like that merlin minstrel movie )

If u wanna be "totally sure" u are only 500km apart from truth.

U both know already that dunlest only plays from artic netcafe, is a public place so anyone can go there get a chair sit down behind him and watch him play. So acussing him is like acuse the full netcafe clientbase that plays daoc (almost all tdmm+wela+aliorm+domain etc ..) of taking advantage and covering cheat use.
I know it is really dificult for your egos admit that u were outsmarted or just ask what happened in one of that "impossible" situations and find out that were coz lag ghost, pet ghost, another ppl pms, common itineraries or just intuition.
Fake radar accusation should have the same punishment that proven radar use imo.
