The forum changes to a blue style after reporting a bad post ( I was using the freddys style). The new icons on the main page for showing which forums are active are too big and not as clear as the old ones. The forums seems to live within a frame, which doesnt look good.

Whoa. Writing a new post shocking at first, but after getting some time alone (wink wink) with it, we've become friends.

A few questions.

Has the post limit changed? (number of marks in post i mean)

Has the max smiley count changed?

Has any real limitation changed?

Issues i wouldn't want to go around testing

Also, how intensily you want people trying to break the forums? I mean, no hack stuff ocourse, but try out issues that might happen with the forum functions?

Personally, I think the new thread icons that are visible even in the green FH/BW mode are inferior to the old ones. The difference between a subscribed thread (

) and a subscribed thread with new posts (

) are too small to be easily distinguishable.

Looks like some issues with the forum seem to revolve around Firefox (this was tested on FF 1.06 so dont know if 1.07 is any different)
Specifically the smilies cant be clicked in advanced, and line breaks dont work. thats all i've found so far in fiddling

can someone check on 1.07 and see if its fixed in the later version?

IE6 does it fine

color is normally controlled using COLOR tags. He is using HIGHLIGHT tags.

[highlight]This is highlighted[/highlight]. Hightlight is also used to highlight search key words when you use the search function, so this cant be turned off very easily.

okidoki the signature plugin doesn't seem to be setup right, I'll get on to Deebs.

edit: despite it being highlights the plugin isn't working as I can see stuff that should be disabled.

Nope, another modification to the plugin required....

Also put the other icons back, those new ones were cheesy.
